These Recovery Pump boots are turning out even better than I first thought. After missing a week of training in Costa Rica on my honeymoon, I came back and smashed out 2 weeks of hard training. I was able to pull it off with the help of using the boots every night. I’ve also found that using the boots for 15-20 minutes before a workout is just as beneficial. I did a track workout on Tuesday with Pat Evoe and Kelly and Derick Williamson (Durata Training). It was our first track workout for all of us for the year. Kelly was running way under her previous best workout times and I was hitting times that I normally hit right before Clearwater. After the workout we were all talking about why we ran so well. The only thing we came up with is that we all used Recovery Pump just prior to the workout.
